Excelente hotel, bastante bonito p orden dentro con instalaciones de calidad, todo está muy nuevo... Además ofrecen el servicio de desayuno con el monto de la estadía, algo bastante bueno en estos tiempos, donde hay que buscar ahorrar casi todo lo que se pueda... Lo único malo diría es el precio, algo elevado para ser un hotel tan pequeño y poco conocido, pero de resto 100% recomendado

Me alojé acá en 2 ocasiones por viaje de trabajo y me pareció un buen lugar. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, soy persona con discapacidad y se me hizo fácil entrar, desplazarme y salir del hotel... Lo único que me incomodaba eran las duchas y sus puertas de vidrio, que son un riesgo ante algún tropiezo o resbalón, pero de resto todo muy limpio, con restaurante para desayunar en la mañana y buena atención.
Nos encantó! El personal de recepción muy amable al igual que las del restaurante. Nos dieron acceso de madrugada al regresar, verificaron que todo estuviera en perfecto estado. Las habitaciones impecables y todo funcionando muy bien. El desayuno estuvo bien. El restaurante y terraza muy lindo

Incluye servicio de desayuno, la ubicación es excelente y tiene su propia planta por si se va la luz. No me gustó que en divisas tenga otro precio y en bolívares mucho más costoso.. ojo con eso. En cuánto a la comunicación terrible.. intentaba comunicarme con recepción o con el restaurante, pero no funcionaba. Pocas toallas en las habitaciones.

This is an Excellent hotel the stay at while visiting Valencia. The rooms are small, but it has Air Conditioning, is very clean, safe and the Management does an excellent job taking care of their customers. We stayed at several places, including Embassy Suites and our stay here was much more enjoyable!! The restaurant is good, but could use a few more items on the menu. This is the best hotel in the area!!!!!
